Order Processing & Delivery

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of being recieved. Whilst we will always do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, minor delays may occur during peak periods, sales and promotions.

Regrettably, it’s very difficult for us to cancel or amend your order once it has been placed. We aim to ship all orders as fast as possible so our warehouse is processing them within a couple of hours of receiving them.

If a change is necessary, let us know ASAP and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Products are only available for delivery in Australia. Kaleo is currently using Startrack to deliver products to you and accordingly, accepts no responsibility for late delivery, or your failure to receive products which have been dispatched. Startrack couriers’ standard operating hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

We offer free shipping on orders over $200, and $11.00 on orders under. 

Shipping times will vary depending upon your nominated delivery address. Please allow between 2-5 business days for metropolitan delivery and 2-10 days to regional and remote destinations. Shipping transit times quoted are typical but can vary due to factors outside our control and that of the carrier.

Unfortunately our courier is unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we’ll also send you an email containing tracking details. You can click on the tracking number link in that email which will take you through to the Startrack track and trace portal, or you can enter the tracking number from the email here.

Your order number will be included in the emails confirming your order and on the information we sent with your order.

Returns

Everyone is entitled to change their mind – we hope it won’t be about your new Kaleo products, but we know it happens sometimes. In that case please fill in this form with your order number and let us know that you’d like to cancel your order or return your product.

If your order hasn’t left us yet we’ll cancel it and refund your purchase as soon as possible.

If it’s already on its way, you’ll need to send it back to us within 30 days of its arrival. We’ll need everything including any gifts you received returned in their original packaging, unused, unmarked and undamaged to receive a full refund.

If you decide to return your products we recommend you sent them via registered post & insure them just to be safe.

Please note you’ll have to pay any postage for returns, Kaleo Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure them.

We’re confident that you will love your Kaleo products, but know that sometimes things aren’t quite what you expected. If that’s the case we’re pleased to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your products.

Please contact us within 30 days and we’ll work with you to resolve any issues you’re having, or organise your return and refund.

Postage costs for change of mind returns at the expense of the customer.

Sometimes accidents happen and orders get damaged while in transit. If your Kaleo tool is damaged when you receive it contact us ASAP (within 14 days of receiving your order).

Please include pictures of the damage and your order number and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
